Below you will find our list of rental apartments that are either under construction or currently available. Each project has its own qualification guidelines and applications; please be aware that some projects are for seniors and have age restrictions – this will be noted in the project description.

Nyack Point Apartments
A Brand New Rental Community for Individuals and Families
Nyack Point Apartments, located at 263 Main Street in the Village of Nyack is a spacious 33 unit rental complex. Each apartment has a modern kitchen, featuring a frost free refrigerator, oven, an attractive full bathroom, numerous closets and wall to wall carpeting. Nyack Point Apartments consists of a modern three story building, which includes a community room and a kitchen that is available for residents use for various social activities and holiday parties. All of the apartments are handicapped adaptable with onsite parking.
All applicants must be within the HUD income eligibility guidelines and meet Nyack Point Apartments’ tenant screening criteria.

Located at 45 and 53 South Route 9W in the Village of Haverstraw in Rockland County this spacious 26 unit rental complex was specifically designed for families who meet certain income eligibility requirements. Each apartment has a modern kitchen, featuring a frost free refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, an attractive full bathroom, numerous closets and wall to wall carpeting.
Murphy Manor Apartments is a modern four story building, which includes a community room and a kitchen that is available for residents use for various social activities and holiday parties. All of the apartments are handicapped accessible with onsite parking. In addition, a play area will be next to the building. Murphy Manor Apartments, situated in a central location, is convenient to shopping, parks, schools, places of worship and transportation.
